Excellent cheese made locally (I got the Chesapeake Bay flavor this time!) They let you try different ones to see if you like it before buying. Had samples of their fudge. It was smooth, not grainy, and I liked the flavors I tried (chocolate walnut and chocolate.) Very crowded today due to rainy weather, but they were available to help when needed. My daughter found what she wanted in the upstairs toy section. They have candies, cheeses, butters, and dips. They sell sea-themed housewares, like plates, placemats, cups, etc. Hard to resist getting something! Also, they have some jewelry, sandals, and other accessories. Scented things, nightlights, etc. This is my second year of going here to "window" shop and I plan to have it on my to-do list each visit to OC.

They have a huge selection. Something for everyone. Easily could buy a gift for someone in this store. The food section smells amazing. They have a lot of candy and fudge to select. I really liked this store. I bought several things and made two trips to this store during my stay. Some of their things are a little pricey but they have really nice stuff to select from. Will return.

This store is pretty big and has a lot of different areas. We enjoyed browsing and looking through the different items they have - which is really a little something for everyone. The employees were all very friendly and welcoming. Our favorite part was the food store--so many choices of sauces, jams, butters, cheese spreads, etc., it took forever to decide what I wanted to buy. They also have a large candy selection and the fudge is some of the best I've ever had, and they have a lot of flavors to choose from.

I've visited the Seaside Country store for many occasions & reasons; to find gifts or housewarming presents, to buy deliciously rich fudge and cheese, & sometimes even to buy myself a sparkling ring or bracelet. This is a fabulous store; chock full of unique household items, garden flags, quality clothing & jewelry, seasonal items...the list goes on! Be sure to visit upstairs as well for more beachy things & even a special little nook for beloved furry family members.
Prices are reasonable & no sales tax in Delaware! If you're looking for something specific or just want to spend some time browsing around, I'm sure you will find this store fascinating & fun!
On this particular occasion, my daughter & I were looking for a gift for her friend for a special event. We found a cute bracelet & some aromatic soaps. We were very happy with our purchase and her friend loved everything.

The Seaside Country Store is a nice stop on a non beach day that can keep you busy for an hour or two. Everything from general souvenirs, beach to upscale home accessories, seasonal items etc. You have to see the 2 stories of merchandise to appreciate it and be sure to pickup up some fudge while you are there. The key lime was excellent.

This is an amazing store. My wife and I never get tired of visiting and browsing through the varied sections of the store. You walk into the homemade fudge, other candies, cheese, jams, relishes, coffees and teas section. It smells so good. There is a section of beachy household and kitchen items and decorations. Another section has clothing items, creams and lotions and jewelry. All of this is on the first floor. Upstairs is a large selection of decorative coastal and nautical items. There is a small area of antiques. One section has professional sports related items. There is a seasonal section with many Christmas, Thanksgiving and Halloween items and decorations. I would say this is a great place to find that special gift for someone or to do Christmas shopping.
